Cisco: Diagnostic Scan
This was a project I had revamped before we started work on the “Converged Collectors” where these functions and flows would be merged into the data sources page of the CX Cloud platform.

This section required a bit of UI/UX love and care. I worked on the user experience updates to this with several other team members from visual design, content design, and product design. Not to mention I was also working with other stakeholders, such as project and product managers.
A great aspect of this project was that I was able to use some established ux patterns I used in other previous designs for projects like Asset Group Creation. I worked in collaboration with the content and visual designer on finalizing all these pages. I also held review calls with the larger team as items were completed, so I could present the completed pages and gather feedback and insights.
I also kept up communication with my lead product designer on this project as things continued to develop. To keep them in the loop on its progress as well as to get their feedback and perspective on interactions I was thinking about etc.
Once visual, content, and interaction designs were completed, I did final presentations and handed over of designs to our engineering teams to start work. I remained available as I transitioned to other projects in case any questions needed answers.
